House Rules:

• Minimum 25% of the booking amount be paid for confirmation of the booking and the remaining 75% should be paid before check-in at the farmhouse itself.
• Cancellation: Refund is possible only if informed 7 days before the check-in time.
• Anything which is Illegal as per Govt. Guidelines are not allowed and the customer is liable for it.
• Hookah is strictly not permitted
• Alcohol consumption beyond permissible limits requires a single day licence.
• Puking/ Vomiting 2000/- extra wherever done.
• Glass and beer bottles are not allowed in and around the pool.
• Quality of the pool water may not be optimal incase of rains.
• Pets are not allowed within the villa premises. Pets extra 1000/-
• The management reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of noncompliance of the rules.
